Crochet it: Make the Simple Stripes Crocheted Cowl. Only single crochet! That's it. Simple stripes let all six rainbow colors do the showing off.

Both are beginner-friendly projects and relaxing enough for experienced knitters and crocheters who just want to play with pretty yarn.

Prefer knitting?

The Navigation at Sea Shawl is an easy, relaxing shawlette that lets the rainbow gradient steal the show.

And did I mention NO PURLING?

You'll use knit stitches and KFB increases to create the entire shawl. It's a great project for a newer knitter and an equally fabulous relaxing knit when you just want pretty yarn and happy stitches on your needles.

Prefer crochet?

The Simple Stripes Crocheted Cowl is just as approachable. If you can single crochet, you can make this cowl.

That's the only crochet stitch you'll use! Simple stripes turn those six rainbow minis into a long, colorful cowl without complicated stitches getting in the way.
