The Touchdown Beanie, designed by Katie Carlson, is knit in the round using three colors of worsted weight yarn.
The team name can be added using stranded knitting OR duplicate stitch, so you can choose the method you prefer.
Not interested in juggling colors while you knit? Duplicate stitch lets you knit the hat first and add the team name afterward.
Want to work the lettering as you go? Go for the stranded version.

There's enough yarn left after your first hat to help stretch this kit into even more football hat fun!
For TWO hats: Add one additional 100 gram skein of the Main Color. You'll have enough of the Team Color and Cream/Silver left from your kit to knit a second hat.
Knitting for the whole crew? For additional hats, add full skeins of the Main Color and Team Color as needed. The Cream/Silver included in your original kit should be enough for two hats.
