I hate spam as much as you do! Your personal info such as name, address and email address is only used to fill orders. I only add you to my email list if you go click to subscribe on the newsletter page. I will never share your information with any third party company.

ACCOUNTS

You are not required to create an account to shop at TreasureGoddess.com, it just lets you have a record of what you've purchased in the past and makes it easier to shop without having to enter as much info at checkout. You can absolutely shop as a guest. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Items are photographed as accurately as possible, but there may be some discrepancies between color monitors on computers and phones. I try my best to describe my creations accurately.

I want happy buyers! Please let me know asap if there's an issue. I'll issue a credit or refund for the item within reason. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, yarn still skeined, fiber not predrafted, etc.

To start a return, you can contact us at christine@treasuregoddess.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SHIPPING

Items in stock are shipped within 1-2 days of order and SHIP FREE to US addresses! I'm happy to ship internationally, Customs slips will be completed with all international orders. Any duty by the country of destination is out of our control and the sole responsibility of the buyer.
