A little yak fiber in the sock yarn adds so much warmth & the dyed colors are so rich and earthy! Yak is 30% warmer than merino wool, so it's the perfect add in to make a warm gorgeous pair of socks or scarf or hat!
Gorgeous saturated rich dark navy blues and midnight blues. Knits up so lovely with real depth of color! I dyed this yarn with semisolid dye techniques to allow your finished objects be as gorgeous all knit up (or crocheted up or woven up) as it is in the skein!
Fiber: 70% superwash merino wool, 20% yak, 10% nylon. 3 ply fingering weight sock yarn.
Weight: 100 g/ 400 meters/ 437 yards

**Colors on monitors can be a bit different, I've done my best to represent this color.**
This colorway sometimes “crocks” turns your fingers blue while knitting or crocheting with it. It’s a Ph reaction with some people and the oils in their hands/fingers. It is colorsafe and won’t bleed or rub off when worn. It’s similar to indigo dyed jeans.
